Why is the GM on the dashboard and the GM on the project list different?

The GM on the dashboard is based on the invoiced sales amount; on the other hand, the GM on the project list is calculated from the order amount that is not invoiced yet.

GM on Project list (%): (1 - (cost / order amount))*100

How do a vendor or external resource log into ETprocess?

They can use his (her) email address registered in ETprocess as an ID. If (s)he lost the password, the administrator can “Reset Email” or reset the password him/herself.

How to make to reset the password by a vendor or external resource:

1. Go to [DATABASE] and [VENDOR] or [EMPLOYEE] tab.
2. Search and select the person who needs to reset the password.
3. Click the [EDIT] button.
4. And click the [Send Reset Email] button next to the [ACCESS INFORMATION] section.

Why does a notice, "can't attach the file anymore" come up?

ETprocess has been set to limit the file attachment function to 20 times if the PROJECT screen is not refreshed (or screen switched) to reduce excessive transmission burden.

No, you need to back up the data before you cancel the payment.

What happens to the data I have saved when I cancel my subscription?

Data that has already been saved can be stored for 6 months. However, if it is not used for a long time, it may be deleted after a separate notification.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay with a Visa or Master credit card.

I want to cancel my subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time you need it. But you can't access the project list until you resume your subscription.

I want to change the plan I am using.

Is it possible to customize it?
